I fucked around in mercenaries mode and it’s probably the best feeling resident evil game ever. It’s like if DMC never got split off into its own thing and RE just became a character action horror game

people hate it cause it’s not “resident evil” whatever that means because it’s kind of The Most resident evil. what is resident evil if not relentlessly cheesy.
ETA I say this as a huge fan of Resi 2 and 4 and 7 and so on. like I love Resi but it’s fucking goofy.

A bummer about the Nintendo Music thing is going to be probably no Square music, since they dropped a ton of their stuff on Spotify and probably would want something from Nintendo for Final Fantasy or Chrono Trigger music.

You joke about this being weirdo behavior but honestly it’s a pretty damn useful thing to do! I’ve done it before with regards to habits I wanted to change (i.e. tracking the amount of time I spent on Youtube when it felt like I was compulsively watching more than I wanted to), but also in general this is useful advice for developing a better sense of how long tasks take, which is a damn lifesaver if you cannot estimate for shit by yourself.
There’s a way this can turn into negative levels of scrutiny over your time and desire to Optimize beyond like, what is possible for a human being, because we unfortunately live under capitalism’s logic. Everyone still needs some amount of unscrutinized life. But like, at the very least being Aware of how you spend your time is like, step one to being more intentional about it, and that at least enables you to make more direct choices and spend it the way you want to.

Nope! Actually has fit perfectly for me under airplane seats and fits nearly in the overhead compartment if you wanted to put it there. Not heavy at all either, strap distributed the weight across your shoulder really well. I think it looks bigger than it is in my pics lol, and they also have different sizes in their site!
