Despite hating technology I do love a good app. Would love to hear what peeps on here like to use, whether that be on Mac or Windows, Apple or Android (or otherwise, just make sure to list it).

i’ll start with hazeover for mac
it’s very useful for someone like me, a dumbass with ADHD. Especially because I have an ultrawide so I can often times have windows that I like to keep open but don’t always want to have distract me (slack, discord, etc.)
i have it set all the way to 100% darkness, then I use a hotkey to see the rest of the monitor when I need to for a second. very useful.

i’ll share the cool microindie PWYW tool i use for pixel rotoscoping (traceover animation) and all kinds of other pixel art

want to share this new app for ios that lets you cross post between mastodon, bluesky, and threads, in case that addresses someone’s common friction point with these things haha. i use android so it is not for me yet

This is pretty close on android but I can’t vouch for it since I haven’t used it myself
