Underscores is a good option! And yes subtags are glorious. Dreamwidth has them and i’ve been making decent use of them, so it’s good to know Obsidian has this too. As always it’s a Syntax Thing

Found a plugin (Waypoint) that will automatically generate backlinks as long as you have a page with the same name as the folder, so now I don’t have to manually backlink everything. So now I can get my graph view spidering out how I want it to.

I was looking at this the other day but sadly don’t think it will work right with the way I have things set up, so I will have to live with my Dataview generated links and crappy-looking graph view :(

I finally broke the other day and went fully flat structure but for anyone interested, another way you can do this is with Folder Notes, which lets you create a kind of dashboard note for each of your folders :)
Making a folder note is a requirement for the Waypoint plugin to work. Make that, type %% Waypoint %% into it, and the plugin will backlink to every note in the folder to it.
Very helpful Folder Table of Contents type thing.

Excalidraw is something I’m going to need to grab, since I"ve been using Obsidian for my PF2e game and wishing I had better canvas support. The statblock one might be neat too.

Android app that scans for tasks in obsidian and turns it into a frontend. Cool as fuck imo
