What is cat ownership but having to clean up after gross biological messes every other month or so. I’d share my own stories but have realized I don’t actually know how to do that spoiler blur yet.
Edit: Thanks crow for telling me how to spoilers! Anyway, (gross) I’ve been lucky that Touya has only thrown up like 3 times so far in the year and change we’ve had her. Twice in the old apartment (on carpet ) and then once on the way to her last vet appointment (was it nerves? kitty carsickness? fuck if i know)
My cat is a ridiculous creature. She was hunting gf’s new skirt, so I brought her outside for some balcony time. She was sniffing and exploring like usual and then I got up from the camping chair to supervise her by the railing, in case she tried to Leave. And instead she about-faced and leapt up into the chair underneath the armrest. No more interest in exploring it is Chair Time. This is Her Chair.

Here is my contribution: Henry is very glad that I moved the keyboard+mouse into that little sliding tray underneath so that he can go back to lounging across my desk and blocking my monitor. (Also omg please don’t mind all the dust and cat hair all over the place hnnnnngh the seasons are changing and poor dude is shedding like mad)

(also I can’t see any dust and the only cat hair that shows up for me is on Henry, also also even if I could it wouldn’t matter, cat cute, that’s all I need :P)
I barely got any sleep at all last night because I have an ear infection again so I gave up and got out of bed at 3am but she was pleased because that meant she got to take the warm smelly human spot on the bed and she immediately lied down and slept happily until noon
