IT WAS SO GOOD. it’s got very thick salted caramel sauce, cooked cinnamon apples, creme fraiche, a fig and some grapes. crazy. my dad’s partner just made it for me and I was like ?!?!? THANKS

Made up some pierogi with onion/garlic/zucchini and beef sausages from the butcher. Delicious. One day I’d love to have the time to makey own pierogi again, that was a fun time when I did that… Nearly a decade ago… Oh no.

Lamb chops perfect hand food. Love eating it straight off the bone.
I have 2 funny anecdotes. One is that I’m a completionist when it comes to meat on bone, I can and will strip off all the gristle and tendon until that thing is smooth all over.
The other is that apparently my wife was raised with much stricter table manners than me, because the first time we had lamb chops at home and I grabbed one like a handle she looked at me with dismay. Baffling to me that some people are forbidden from using hands for what is essentially a meat lollipop.
